Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church adheres to the original teachings and moral principles of the Christian people. We speak to modern man and woman, with no apologies to modernity or postmodernity. There is a revival of faith happening in our State… and in our city! And we are part of it. Many are finding a deeper, more authentic connection with the Church of the early Christians and martyrs. We at Holy Trinity Church will help seekers who come through our doors to find the authentic, historical Christianity that is free of fads and gimmicks. There are no gimmicks in our Liturgy. It is pure worship of God; not worship of the self and of the social disorder.

The Liturgy brings together everything that makes the Orthodox Church the place where we meet God. Scripture, Theology, Tradition, are brought together as hearts and minds are turned to God the Trinity and the saving death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. We welcome all visitors at the Sunday Liturgy as our guests in the friendship of Christ, with the understanding that Holy Communion is only offered to those baptized or chrismated in the Orthodox faith. WE ARE A WORSHIPPING PEOPLE
Matins and Liturgy constitute our Sunday worship. Worship is at the core of the biblical story and our experience of Orthodox Christianity. We cannot talk about Orthodoxy without understanding the centrality of worship and covenant. What is our Liturgy after all? An act of worship in remembrance of God’s new covenant. But remembrance (anamnesis), not as an act of memory, but as an act of participation – an entry – in God’s unfolding drama of salvation, which culminated in the cross, the burial, the resurrection, the ascension and seating at the right hand of God, and the glorious second coming of Christ. Our Lord Jesus Christ is revealed to us as the Word (Logos) that brought everything into existence in the liturgy of creation. And He is the One who spoke to Moses with instructions about how God should be worshipped. The instructions are specific, not generic worship of an unknown someone or something. God is known. God has revealed Himself to us, blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!
